“OFF THE RECORD” is the international show on MotorFM, hosted by our two English speaking friends: Elizabeth and Vincent. And Exberliner, Berlins English Language Magazine is giving you the best tips for spending the night. Of course “off the record” and “off the beaten track”.
Elizabeth is a native of Dublin, Ireland and now Berlin resident. Elizabeth is also a resident DJ at White Noise Club and Death By Pop, 2 of Berlins hottest Indie electro discos. And she is also doing her own nights around town.
Vincent is a NYC native and sometimes Londoner who has spent the past 10 years immersed in London’s thriving Indie rock scene. After relocating here he has gone on to promote several club nights, play in a bunch of bands and of course host OFF THE RECORD with Elizabeth!
Past guests include the Rakes from the UK, the Strokes’ producer Gordon Raphael, street fashion photographer Glamcanyon (click for behind the scenes photo her visit to the Motor FM studio!) the Sun and Wolf…so stay tuned for more, lots of fun visitors are planning to stop by Off the Record!

This week (August 30th - September 1st) on Off The Record:
Monday & Tuesday: Elizabeth and Neale gather up a selection of new tracks to share on the program, and also present new regular features “Word of the week”, “Youtube boobs” and “Love at first site”.
Wednesday: We have a live session by Joel Stein (guitarist of Australian band Howling Bells) performing a teaser of his upcoming solo work. Also in tonight’s show, we interview Ari from Imperial Music, a Berlin booking agency with a difference. Stay tuned to hear about a new acoustic night Ari has set up at Café Anikos in Friedrichshain (Niederbarnimstraße 16), where Joel will be performing on Septmber 9th!

sorry to say but elisabeth is worst of hosting acts and a radio show. pls don’t take this personal, I really love the songs that you pick, the variety and quality but listening to you is like awaiting the next giggle and that doesn’t makes things better.
and like an icing on the cake, you talk so quick that I hardly understand the half of it.yes, I’m not a native speaker.
